Gabrielle talks about being on the autism spectrum and how it has influenced her creativity. She also talks about how a "disorder" isn't necessarily a disorder and can be used as a gift, and society's tendency to punish people with mental health issues. Sean talks about being diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome at 13 and also his experience with OCD and learning to use ruminations in a productive way. He also mentions how writers such as Neville Goddard and James Allen have helped him use ruminating to help make positive changes in his life.
